We are delighted to offer you homes that are built with appreciation for quality and the warmth of home. The newly rediscovered and developing scenic parish is seeing the construction of 5 semi-detached houses and 8 detached houses.
Our Niidu Street project offers 1-storey stone and wooden modular homes that are bright and spacious. Houses with a sauna also include a large comfortable terrace and either a shelter or a garage for a car. The building has been awarded a class C energy marking. The house comes with a built-in water, sewerage, electricity (3×16 A per property) and paths with street lighting. Water comes from a newly built deep well that complies with contemporary requirements and is channelled into equally new treatment devices.
If necessary, we are happy to assist you with furnishing the house.
